A common mistake is choosing ear tips that are too large. Men in particular tend to assume they have large ear canals, but this is often not the case. Always start with the smallest ear tip. If it doesn’t seal or feels insecure, gradually increase the size. It’s normal for each ear canal to have a different size, so you may need different tips for each ear.
Fitting Comply™ ear tips correctly:
Before inserting the Comply™ ear tips, compress the foam slightly with your fingers. Once inserted into the ear canal, the foam expands to create an optimal seal. If the foam isn’t compressed beforehand, it may fold and push the ear tip out of the canal.
