What is the difference between the T 70 and the T 70 p?

There are a few small differences between the two models:

  • The connection cable of the T 70 is 3.0 m long and has a straight plug, whereas the connection cable of the T 70 p is 1.20 m and has an angled plug.
  • The T 70 has an impedance of 250 ohms while the T 70 p has an impedance of 32 ohms.
  • The T 70 p additionally comes with an adapter plug that can be used for connecting these headphones to headphone jacks on airplane seats.
  • In terms of sound, there is very little difference between the two models. Due to its higher impedance, the T 70 has slightly better playback of the upper mids and highs compared to the T 70 p. Nonetheless, the two variants are more similar to one another than to any other headphone model – regardless of which impedance.
