Within the European Union (EU) you can either contact our local distributor, or directly complete our repair form. In case you need to send in your product repair, our official service partner (Hemion GmbH) is pleased to help you. The processing time for repairs is generally 2-3 working days max. + shipping time. For repairs that are within warranty period, please don’t forget to enclose a copy of your proof of purchase. If this document is not included, we won't be able to process the repair under the warranty. In case your product is not under warranty anymore, you can either note the maximum repair costs you are willing to pay directly in our repair form, or simply wait for the cost estimate from our service partner.
