Please note especially when putting off eartips, that you don't grasp them at the shell but at the shaft and that you take them off the earphone housings carefully and slowly. For this, you can flip over the shell so that you have better access grasping the eartip shaft.
Silicone eartips can break when used improperly, but beyerdynamic offers spare eartips for all in-ear models.
