Using HEADPHONE LAB is straightforward:
1. Insert HEADPHONE LAB on the channel in your DAW that feeds your headphone output (e.g. a dedicated headphone bus or the master bus).
2. Select your DT studio headphone model.
3. Enable frequency calibration (recommended for mixing).
4. Enable speaker emulation to work as if using studio monitors.
5. For reference checks, you can switch back to pure headphone playback at any time.
If no direct comparison is needed, you can close the plug-in window and let it run in the background.
