In order to be able to plug the headphones with the 3.5 mm jack (unscrewed jack adapter) into a mobile device with a bumper, the M8 thread, which was previously available, was converted to a smaller M5 thread.
If your headphones have such an M5 thread you will need the following jack adapter. If you own a M8 threaded jack adapter you can still use it for your headphones, but only as a plug adapter.
