Make sure, that you selected the correct sound card to wich you connected your headphones in the Immerse™ with beyerdynamic software under ""output"". Onboard soundcards have names like ""Speakers/Headphones"" or similar. The name depends on the manufacturer. If you are unsure, close the Immerse™ with beyerdynamic software and have look which soundcard is the default playback device outputting to your headphones.
If you still can't hear anything or only very little even though the volume in the software is at the maximum, increase the volume level of your soundcard. With external USB soundcards you can use the dial of the soundcard.
You can also change the volume level in the Windows settings: control panel -> sound -> playback -> select your soundcard -> properties-levels
