Please ensure that the AMIRON 100 is switched on and has sufficient battery capacity. Both earphones need to be in pairing mode to connect to a device. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth connections enabled. If necessary, clear the device pairing list by pressing the multifunction button on the back of the charging case for approximately 10 seconds. This will delete all Bluetooth connections and reactivate pairing mode on the AMIRON 100.
