Connect both earphones in stereo mode, as described in the Quick Start Guide, to a playback device that has a stable internet connection. Then, open the beyerdynamic app and also establish a connection to the earphones there. Make sure both earphones have a battery level of at least 50%. If new software is available, this will be indicated. Click on 'Install software' and then on 'Install now'. A progress bar will show the status of the update. After the installation is complete, the earphones will automatically restart, and you will receive a success message.
