The DT 770 PRO X uses the STELLAR.45 driver with 48 Ohms for balanced reproduction (5 – 40,000 Hz) on various devices. The DT 1770 PRO MKII uses the TESLA.45 driver with 30 Ohms, designed for higher resolution and improved impulse response on different devices.
In terms of sound, the DT 770 PRO X offers a studio reference with an emphasis on bass and treble. The DT 1770 PRO MKII provides an overall more precise and detailed reproduction.
