Software updates for the AMIRON 200 are carried out via the beyerdynamic app, which is available from the App Store or Google Play.
Once an update is available and the earphones are connected, you will automatically receive a notification within the app and can start the update with just a few taps.
• First, connect the two earphones in stereo mode to a playback device with a stable internet connection, as described in the Quick Start Guide.
• Then open the beyerdynamic app and connect the earphones to the app as well.
• Ensure that both earphones have at least 50% battery charge.
• If a new software version is available, this will be shown in the app.
• Tap “Install software”, then select “Install now”.
• A progress bar will show you the current status of the update.
• Once the installation is complete, the earphones will restart automatically and a confirmation message will appear.
