Make sure the AMIRON 200 is properly connected to your device and that the volume is not muted. Check the Bluetooth settings to ensure audio output is enabled for the AMIRON 200. If necessary, try a different playback device. If there is still no sound, perform a reset and re-pair the earphones.
To reset the AMIRON 200:
Place both earphones back into the charging case and press and hold the multifunction button on the case until the LEDs on the earphones flash alternately red and white.
The AMIRON 200 should then appear in your device’s Bluetooth settings and be ready to connect.
