Before we start the repair, you can specify a maximum repair cost in the repair form. If the repair cost is within this limit, the repair will be carried out immediately.
If the repair is more expensive than the limit you specified, or if you did not set a limit, you will receive a non-binding repair estimate in advance. In this case, the repair will only be carried out after your approval.
If you do not accept the repair estimate and would like to have your device returned, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of shipping the device to us must be covered by you in any case.
Note: For paid repairs, customers must always cover the shipping costs themselves.
