Ensure that the playback volume on the playback device is set to maximum if the volume synchronization with the earphones is disabled in the Bluetooth settings. On the right earbud of the VERIO 200, you can increase the volume by tapping it twice and holding your finger on the touchpad on the second tap until the desired volume is reached. To decrease the volume, perform a similar action with the left earbud: tap twice and hold your finger on the touchpad on the second tap until the desired volume is achieved.
