How can I update the software of my product with the update hub?

With our latest software update you can update the following products:

Amiron wireless
Aventho wireless
Blue BYRD (1^st generation)
LAGOON ANC
MMX 200 wireless
Phonum
beyerdynamic SPACE
beyerdynamic SPACE MAX
USB WL Adapter
XELENTO wireless (1^st generation)

Our products are constantly undergoing technical updates. We therefore recommend that you update your software to the latest version to keep your products always up to date.

Updating the software of your product

1. Download the Software Update Tool "Windows_UpdateHub" or "Mac_UpdateHub".
2. Run the file, and install the "beyerdynamic Update Hub" software. In case of an installation message, just confirm this.
3. Start the "beyerdynamic Update Hub" and follow the instructions of the program.
4. After the software update is installed, you can update the new MIY App in the Google Play Store or App Store.

If your beyerdynamic product is not immediately recognized by the update hub, you can try the following steps:

1. Restart the product.
2. Connect the product to another USB port on the same computer.
3. If available, connect a USB hub in between.
4. Try on a different computer.

Please note that the software of the following products is updated through the MIY App, not the Update Hub:

Blue BYRD (2^nd generation)
Blue BYRD ANC (2^nd generation)
Free BYRD
XELENTO wireless (2^nd generation)
