First, make sure the AMIRON ZERO is properly connected to your playback device. If no audio is coming through, place the earbuds back into the open charging case. Then press and hold the multi-function button on the case until the LEDs on the earbuds flash red and white alternately. After this, the AMIRON ZERO should appear in the Bluetooth list of your playback device and connect again.
