Ensure that the AMIRON ZERO is sufficiently charged and the charging case is open. Both earphones must be in pairing mode to establish a connection with the playback device. Make sure that no other Bluetooth connections are active. If necessary, clear the pairing list by pressing the multi-function button twice and holding it down on the second press for approximately six seconds. This will delete all existing Bluetooth connections and automatically switch the AMIRON ZERO back into pairing mode.
