beyerdynamic SPACE MAX is larger and heavier than beyerdynamic SPACE. SPACE MAX weighs 680 g, while beyerdynamic SPACE weighs only 354 g.

Regarding conferencing, beyerdynamic SPACE MAX has a Conference Cascade Mode, which allows an extended conference scenario with the help of an optionally available SPACE MAX cascade cable. Two beyerdynamic SPACE MAX devices can be connected to each other with the cable and the loudspeaker and microphone signal is adapted to both devices accordingly.
Important: The Cascade function via Bluetooth, which is available with beyerdynamic SPACE and beyerdynamic SPACE MAX, (press and hold Y-button and Bluetooth button with both devices) ensures that only the playback of one sound signal via both units is output as a stereo signal. It has nothing to do with an extended conference scenario.
Furthermore, SPACE MAX has a powerbank mode to charge mobile devices such as smartphones via the USB-C Out output of the speakerphone.
A Power Delivery fast-charging function ensures that the beyerdynamic SPACE MAX speakerphone can be charged quickly using an optionally purchased adapter.
