The Hybrid Mode allows you to use your headset in both Bluetooth® and analogue modes.
1. Connecting to a device:
When using the optional analogue cable, you can connect the headset to a 3.5 mm jack output (e.g. a controller).
2. No sound via analogue cable?
If you don't hear sound through the analogue cable:
- Disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable at the earphone.
- Press the Y/BT button three times quickly to switch to Bluetooth® Mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on your playback device, select "MMX 200WL" from the list of available devices, and pair it.
- If "MMX 200WL" doesn't appear in the device list, press the Y/BT button twice to activate Low Latency Mode, then press it three times to re-establish the Bluetooth connection. "M 200" should now appear in the Bluetooth device list.
3. Bluetooth sound disappears with analogue cable?
If Bluetooth sound works but analogue sound disappears:
- Briefly disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable at the earphone.
- Both signals should play now in Hybrid Mode.
4. Audio mixing and volume control:
- Bluetooth® and analogue audio are mixed 50/50.
- Adjust volume separately on both playback devices.
5. Analogue cable removal behaviour:
- If you unplug the analogue cable, the headset switches to Bluetooth® Mode or connects to the dongle if no prior Bluetooth® connection was active.
- If Bluetooth® is disconnected, the headset operates in analogue mode.
6. Volume control:
Adjust Bluetooth® and analogue source volume directly on the respective devices (e.g. game console).
