This is completely normal and not a quality defect. Our button-on headband pads are intentionally manufactured slightly tighter to ensure a secure and long-lasting fit on the headband. As the pad is initially produced in a straight shape and has not yet adapted to the curvature of the headband, it may feel tight at first and can develop slight creases, particularly on the inside. At the same time, the outside remains smooth and taut. Over time, the headband pad adapts to the shape of the headband, improving its fit without shrinking or losing stability.
