Slight creases on the inside of a button-on headband pad are completely normal and do not indicate a quality issue. They occur because the headband pad is initially manufactured in a straight shape but is later fitted onto a curved headband. At the same time, the intentionally snug fit ensures that the headband pad remains securely attached to the headband and does not slip over time. With regular use, the material gradually adapts to the shape of the headband, improving its fit. The functionality, stability, and appearance of the outer side are not affected. These creases are a result of the design and manufacturing process and are not a sign of a defect or an incorrect size.
