If the button-on headband pad appears slightly too small when fitting it, this is completely normal and does not indicate that you have received the wrong size. The tight fit is intentional and ensures that the headband pad remains securely in place over time without slipping. The material is designed to adapt to the shape of the headband while maintaining a firm and reliable fit. A snug fit during installation is therefore an intended product characteristic and not an indication of an incorrect size.
